Here are some more specific informations on the layout of the house, and how the rentals take place :
GROUND FLOOR :
– Main room : with living room, dining room, with TV free SAT (foreign channels), Bluetooth speaker.
– Equipped kitchen : induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker, toaster, material to make good pancakes!
– two bedrooms : first room, “land side”, with 2 beds 90×200 that can be twinned in a large bed 180×200 (specify it on booking). The second one, “sea side”, with bunk beds (2 beds 90×200).
– a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower near the “sea side” room.
– a toilet.
FIRST FLOOR :
– a bedroom with large bed 180×200.
– a bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and a toilet.

RENTAL PROCEEDINGS: :
After confirming that the desired dates are available (see section “Bookings and rates“), we send you a contract that you send us signed, accompanied by the deposit of 30%, by bank transfer (everything can be done by mail) . 60 days before the beginning of the stay, you send us the balance.
On arrival, a deposit of 500 € is requested.
Electricity and water: included from june to september. Otherwise, on arrival and departure, a check of water and electricity counters is done, and billing is done at the end of the stay (0.20 € / kwH and 3 € / m3 of water).
NEAR THE HOUSE :
– A bar / café (terrace), restaurant, tobacconist, press, bread deposit at 100m.
– Other restaurants and shops nearby.
– City center with other shops at 4km.
– The port of Porsguen at 50m, as well as the beaches and departures of walks.
